the rutland hotel was just perfect! ! staff were super friendly, really helpful. our room was comfy and so clean. breakfast was amazin with a lot of choices, like cereals, fruits, and the full cooked breakfast. we had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!
the only downside was the small lift that takes ages, and the entrance stairs were kinda steep, which could be tricky when it rains.

Only thing, the entrance steps were a bit steep, not ideal.

Great vibes and view
Super easy to find right on the promenade! The staff were super friendly and helped with everything. The lift is tiny, barely fits two people, which can be a hassle. Breakfast was a solid buffet with decent options. Our room was clean and cozy but pretty hot even with windows wide open. a nice stay!

Rooms are spacious and kept clean, with efficient breakfast service that offers a variety of options, including fresh fruits and warm dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive. noise from kitchen ventilations can disturb sleep early in the morning, and managing the steep entrance steps is a bit of a challenge, especially when carrying luggage. Some rooms may also lack sufficient ventilation, leading to warmth at night.

Enjoyed my four-night stay in a clean, sea view room at The Rutland. The breakfast had a great variety, and the staff provided excellent service. A minor issue was the early dinner time, but the food quality made up for it. a delightful experience!

The Rutland offers spacious, spotlessly clean rooms with comfy beds and reliable hot water, ideal for business travelers. The breakfasts had a fantastic variety, with fresh ingredients and hot food served at the proper temperature. The staff were exceptional, especially Francesco the chef, who was attentive in discussing potential allergens.
A maze of corridors can be confusing.

Rooms are clean and equipped, with decent space for a cozy stay. The breakfast spread shows some promise with a variety of options, though not all were five-star level.
The layout is a real puzzle, with narrow corridors that feel endless, making getting around a hassle. Some rooms get quite warm, especially with windows barely opening, leaving you sweating at night. The size of the lift could be a tight squeeze for two people, not ideal when you're lugging bags. And forget a morning lie-in—the clattering dishes and noise from the courtyard can wake you up way earlier than planned, especially when trying to catch sleep after a long journey.
